By accessing or using Menataur, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including those on the waitlist and early access programme.

Menataur is a platform that helps UAE-based business owners create Google product listings from photos using AI. We generate Arabic and English product descriptions and submit them to Google channels on your behalf. We do not guarantee specific rankings, impressions, or sales results.

You are responsible for ensuring that all products you list comply with UAE law and Google's policies. You must not upload content that is illegal, misleading, or infringing on third-party rights. Menataur reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these requirements.

You retain ownership of all photos and business information you upload. By using Menataur, you grant us a limited licence to process and publish your content on Google channels on your behalf. The Menataur platform, branding, and our proprietary way of using AI are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.

Menataur is provided on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Menataur at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your listings on Google may remain live until removed directly via Google's tools.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. If you have questions, contact us at info@menataur.com.
